Members of the Chapter convene together in person twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall. The spring meeting is the Chapter’s Annual Meeting and consists of a business meeting followed by a themed plenary session, technical session, student/young professional presentations, dinner, awards, and social. The Annual meeting is two days. The fall meeting is the Chapter’s Continuing Education Series which is coordinated by the Outreach & Education Committee. The fall meeting is usually two days and consists of a business meeting, educational series presentations and discussion, dinner, social, and typically a field trip.
Upcoming Meetings

January 26, 2026 from 5:45 – 9 pm
We will be holding a business meeting and social on January 26 at the Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference in Fort Wayne, IN. The business meeting will be held from 5:45 to 6:15 PM with the annual awards ceremony to follow immediately. The social will be held from 6:30 to 9:00 PM.
The Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference will be held at the Grand Wayne Center from January 25 through 28. To attend the Indiana Chapter events in person, you do need to be registered for the conference. You may register for 1 day only for a reduced cost. Early bird registration is available through December 15 at www.midwestfw.org.
